Nobody forces you todo lvl4 missions.
Group up if you can't do them solo or do lvl3 missions (which are a tad harder than before now).
Btw, those npc's don't retarget. And they always go for the first ship to warp in.
So team up with an inty pilot, have him equip a 10mn ab + 1mn ab so the npcs can waste their time chasing him around while you kill the ships without even losing shield.
Really i wonder, some of you whiners are like total nubs trying todo everything then complaining to ccp about your own stupidity and lack of ability to adapt. |

The problem is YOU are not able todo that with YOUR group of pilots.
so to summarize, YOU are the problem.
There is no other porblem than YOU and maybe 1000 other agent runners.
In time you might figure out what modules/tactics are needed.
Btw eve is not only about skillpoints, it's also about skill and that only develops by playing. |

WTF is wrong with you, some people do them solo, others use nasty group tactics.
As for freelancing, go do lvl3 missions or find some nice 0.0 system with the odd bs spawn, but ffs stop complaining here that _YOU_ can't solo lvl4 missions. |
